How do we respond when we are finding it difficult to focus on our own practice in Collaborative Team Meetings?- The collaborative team meeting is intended to flip the focus off the student and place it on examining our practices. This can be difficult to engage team members in reflection that could be uncomfortable and potentially challenging. Kurtis will share some thoughts in relation to how can place the focus on practice, while celebrating the great work that is happening throughout our school.

How do we use our continuum of supports to inform individualized planning for students with families?- A continuum of supports does not just have to inform the responses being put in place by teachers. In this session, Kurtis will share how it can also support and inform conversations we are having with families in relation to the important question "What do you think we could be doing to ensure success for your child?"

However, it is how we monitor progress for our students, as well as the effectiveness of the supports we're putting in place.
