Designing and leading learning for adults is a challenging yet rewarding endeavour. Three guiding questions will be the focus for the day: How can theories of learning and pedagogical change assist in designing adult learning experiences? How do we inspire and engage adult learners in a variety of learning formats? How does intentional design of space, facilitation materials and participant materials best support the intended learning outcome? Participants will have the opportunity and time to apply their learning to a session they are leading in the near future. A number of planning tools will be shared to assist in creation and design. Come ready for a fun-filled day of learning through experience.
Who Should Attend
Administrators, teacher leaders, district leaders, instructional leaders, coaches. We'd welcome anyone who leads adult learning at the school or district level.
