In Episode 32 of Leading Collaborative Response, Lorna and Kurtis are joined by the Leadership Team at Joan Carr Catholic School, located in Edmonton, Alberta. The team shares what Collaborative Response looks like in their K-9 school of roughly 800 students, only in its second year of existence. They share the impact that it is having for students and staff and how the Collaborative Response mindset has helped envision a powerful approach they’ve come to call “TLC”!
