Jigsaw Learning and Seine River Partner to Enhance Collaborative Response Implementation Across the System

Jigsaw Learning will continue to provide comprehensive support for the ongoing implementation of Collaborative Response across all schools through a multi-layered approach. This initiative is designed to support effective practices and foster ongoing improvements throughout the system.

Key elements of the support plan include:

  • School Leadership Online Sessions: Online sessions will be offered to provide opportunities for reflection, planning, and ongoing support throughout the school year.
  • Leadership Consultation Support: Schools will receive up to three hours of online, individualized consultation from a Jigsaw Learning Associate to assist with implementation and refinement of Collaborative Response practices.
  • Senior Leadership Team Support: The senior district team will benefit from planning support and facilitation to develop and maintain a cohesive system-wide Collaborative Response approach.
  • Collaborative Response Membership: All schools will have access to the Collaborative Response Membership, offering valuable resources and continuous professional learning support.

This comprehensive support plan underscores the commitment to enhancing Collaborative Response practices and ensuring all schools have the tools and guidance needed for success.

“We’re eager to continue our support across all schools, enhancing Collaborative Response practices through tailored sessions, individualized consultations, and strategic planning to drive sustained improvements and effective implementation,” said Kurtis Hewson, Co-Founder of Jigsaw Learning.
“As we enter the second year of implementing Collaborative Response across all schools, we are seeing teams refine their structures and enhance their ability to meet the diverse needs of all students. This ongoing work strengthens our collective approach to supporting student success and building a more responsive learning environment.”

- Chris Szun, Assistant Superintendent, Instruction & Curriculum
