What is WeCollab?
Wednesday, June 8, 2022 - 4:00 p.m.
Collaborative Response is a comprehensive framework that focuses upon purposeful collaboration, action-focused responses, data-informed discussions, and timely support to ensure all students can experience success and to enhance collective efficacy across schools.
Moving from conversation to action, WeCollab is a digital resource available to assist schools and districts in their Collaborative Response efforts. Designed by educators for educators, WeCollab has been developed to ensure every student has a historical comprehensive profile, every teacher has actions and supports for students at their fingertips, and every leader has a tool to coordinate the supports needed to actualize success for all. Built with communication among teams in mind, WeCollab ensures efficiency of coordinated efforts through its intuitive and transparent features designed to enhance strong processes and organizational structures.
Join Kurtis Hewson and Jennifer Ferguson to explore the WeCollab system itself and consider how to effectively maximize the utilization of this digital platform within your context. Kurtis and Jennifer will highlight attributes of the system at the school and district level while showcasing new features that will be available in Fall 2022.
The Student Support Plan in WeCollab
Tuesday, June 14, 2022 - 4:00 p.m.
With its integrated Student Support Plan module, WeCollab aligns the process for actions, supports, and communication associated with these complex plans to the familiar structures and processes inherent in Collaborative Response.
The Student Support Plan module is an intuitive add-on in WeCollab that ensures ongoing communication and continuous progress monitoring about goals for students, as well as the actions and supports in place to achieve those goals. Templates within the module are customizable to ensure compliance with government reporting standards.
Join Kurtis Hewson and Jennifer Ferguson as they spotlight the Student Support Plan within WeCollab and discuss ways to ensure that interactive action-focused Student Support Plans (ISPs, IPPs, Behaviour Plans, Medical Plans, etc.) within the student profile may be truly organic.
