As St. Paul Education enters year two of its multi-year support plan, it will continue its partnership with Jigsaw Learning to refine and enhance the Collaborative Response framework across all schools. This comprehensive support plan is designed to deepen implementation and support ongoing improvements throughout the system.
Key components of the support plan include:
- Onboarding Resources for New Staff: New staff will have the option to access either the Collaborative Response 101 course for leaders or the Overview of Collaborative Response On-Demand Workshop for staff.
- School Leadership Team Days: Each school will form a team of 3-5 participants, including the principal, to engage in four leadership days aimed at enhancing Collaborative Response practices.
- Collaborative Team Meeting Feedback: Schools will receive feedback on their collaborative team meetings, including engagement with a partner school observer, scheduled from November to May.
- Leadership Consultation Support: Schools will benefit from up to six hours of online individualized consultation with a Jigsaw Learning team member for ongoing implementation and refinement.
- Senior Leadership Team Support: Facilitation and support will be provided to help establish a system-wide Collaborative Response approach.
- Collaborative Response Membership: Renewed access to the Collaborative Response Membership will be available to all schools, offering additional resources and ongoing professional learning support.
This continued partnership underscores St. Paul’s commitment to advancing Collaborative Response practices and providing robust support to all schools.
