Kurtis facilitated two Collaborative Team Meetings, one with our Division I/II team and another with our Division III/IV team. His expertise, knowledge, and willingness to share his experience and resources were very well received by our staff.
One of the most valuable takeaways was Kurtis helping our teachers recognize the wealth of experience, knowledge, and support that already exists within our own building. He reinforced the power of collaboration and the importance of working together, learning from one another, and drawing on the strengths of our colleagues to support student success.
Kurtis also shared a variety of practical tools he has developed and used with other schools to help organize data, establish meaningful goals, monitor progress, and celebrate successes along the way. These resources will be valuable as we continue to build our capacity and strengthen our collaborative practices.
