Carolyn Jensen brings 35 years of experience to the Jigsaw Team. In her roles as an alternative program teacher, school counselor, assistant principal, and division facilitator she saw the need for teachers to be empowered to support each other and the diverse needs of their students. As a Principal, Carolyn found that the Collaborative Response process achieved just that in K-6, alternative education, and high school settings. Bringing structured collaboration and professional learning to teachers strengthened teacher practice and focused their intervention work. She gathered the evidence to show it.
