Bowden Grandview School is working with Jigsaw Learning throughout the 2026–2027 school year to build a deeper, shared understanding of Collaborative Response and what it means for staff practice. The professional learning will create opportunities for educators to connect the framework to their day-to-day work and strengthen how they come together to understand and respond to student needs.
The work will progress from learning about Collaborative Response to putting key practices into action. Staff will take part in sessions focused on the framework and collaborative team meetings, including a modeled team meeting that will provide a concrete example of the process in practice. Jigsaw Learning will also observe a collaborative team meeting and provide written feedback and a follow-up conversation, giving the school a focused opportunity to reflect on its current approach. Additional support will be shaped around the school's priorities as the year unfolds.
