Jigsaw Learning is proud to partner with Wolf Creek Public Schools to support new principals and assistant principals in building effective, collaborative school teams.
Through this partnership, Jigsaw Learning co-founders Kurtis and Lorna Hewson will work with Wolf Creek Public Schools' administrator cohorts to deepen their understanding of Collaborative Response and explore how intentional collaborative team meetings can better support educators and students.
The learning will focus on practical strategies for planning and facilitating effective team meetings, creating strong collaborative structures, and building a culture where educators share responsibility for responding to learner needs.
“Effective collaboration doesn’t happen simply because we put people together in a room,” says Kurtis Hewson, Lead Learner and Co-Founder of Jigsaw Learning. “School leaders play an important role in creating the structures and culture that allow teams to work together in meaningful ways.”
Participants will receive practical resources they can continue to use as they implement Collaborative Response in their schools.
