Pembina Hills School Division is partnering with Jigsaw Learning during the 2026–2027 school year to introduce Collaborative Response to school and district leaders and explore how the approach can strengthen collaborative practices within schools. The partnership will combine shared professional learning with focused, school-level support, allowing leaders to move from an understanding of the framework into practical application.
The work will begin with a full-day Overview of Collaborative Response session for school leadership teams, providing a common foundation and opportunity to consider how the approach connects to existing school practices. Six schools will then receive individualized support specifically focused on collaborative team meetings. These conversations will allow school leaders to examine how their teams currently work together, identify opportunities to improve the structure and effectiveness of meetings, and determine practical next steps that fit their school context.
