Wetaskiwin Regional Public Schools is continuing its work with Jigsaw Learning during the 2026–2027 school year, with a focused approach to maintaining and strengthening Collaborative Response across the district. This year's support is designed to provide school leaders with purposeful opportunities to revisit their structures, reflect on implementation, and connect their learning to the division's longer-term sustainability work.
Two leadership learning sessions, facilitated by Kurtis Hewson, will bookend the year's work. The first will help school leaders examine their Collaborative Response structures and prepare for the year ahead, while the later session will create space to consider lessons learned, celebrate progress, and determine next steps. New staff will also have access to foundational Collaborative Response learning through online course and workshop options, ensuring those joining the work have an entry point into the framework. Administrators will continue to have access to Jigsaw Learning's Collaborative Response Membership for additional resources and professional learning.
